So, peering through the Garrus appreciation thread on the BSN earlier today, someone pointed out that we've seen Garrus with turian baby (

), femShep with turian baby (

), turian-human baby (

), (as well as about a thousand adorable asari babies) but so far no Garrus with human baby. I couldn't think of any, so the challenge was (sketchily) accepted.

So I just found this picture and I have to say it's absolutely gorgeous. I'm actually working on a fanfic revolving around Garrus and his human daughter (with Shepard of course) and this picture just struck a chord with me. This is exactly how I envisioned him looking while holding his child: just absolute joy and peace. I've also been facing a mild case of writer's block and this has actually spurred me to write more. It gave me inspiration. So thanks! Your work is absolutely beautiful.
