The colored version, now! Of course, this is all pure conjecture on my part, but until Bioware shows us some female/nude turians, I'll just have to use my imagination, and this is what it's telling me.
(Yes, I'm borrowing Nihlus's markings for the male. Super bonus points to anyone who can tell me the female's are modeled after.

is correct! The female's markings are modeled after the groundskeeper in the Darkstar Lounge in the Citadel in ME2.)
